About the PidgeLead scripts
This address serves the scripts that businesses using PidgeLead add to their websites. There is nothing else here, and this page sets no cookies.
Counting visits
The analytics script counts page views. Until you agree to cookies on that website it stores nothing on your device and gives you no identifier. If you agree, it keeps one cookie so the business can see which of its pages people find useful. No ads, and nothing is sold on.
Sharing your address
The location script runs only when you tap a location button or banner on a business's website and say yes. Your browser then asks for your permission. If you allow it, PidgeLead turns your location into your postal address for that business, so they can post you something. Nothing is sent until you say yes, and you can say no at either step.
What the scripts keep on your device
| Name | Where | What it is for |
|---|---|---|
unsetprefix_vid | Cookie, up to 30 days | A random visitor identifier, set only after you agree to cookies on that website. |
unsetprefix_session | Local storage | Your current visit, kept only after you agree to cookies. |
unsetprefix_consent | Local storage | Your cookie choice, so you are not asked again. |
unsetprefix_dismissed | Local storage | For location banners: that you closed one, so it stays closed for a while. |
unsetprefix_matched | Local storage | When you last shared your address on that website. |
unsetprefix_match | Session storage | A value for one location request, set when you tap the button and gone when you close the tab. |
unsetprefix | Page | The scripts' command function in the website's own page. |
